Dear Nadee, by going through the introduction to your blog I'm so interested on . In Sri Lanka some sectors specially in government sector jobs selection of employees not been done by recruitment process, but just from a recommendation of some party. Actually the process of recruitment is very important as it makes the future workforce of the said organization.
